I started practicing yoga 20 years ago for the strength and flexibility it gave my body and stayed for the strength and flexibility yoga provided my mind. As a type A person with anxiety, I found the balance and grounding I needed and craved in yoga.
Now I am called to share how yoga can help everyone grow as a person and become healthier and stronger in both body and mind through movement and breath. My passion is to bring yoga to those who need it the most, to teach movement, breath, and body/mind awareness for ease in both body and mind.
When I am not teaching yoga I work as a translator, and love to spend time outdoors with my family and friends.
