Hi, I'm Tess!

With over 20 years of yoga practice and teaching, I’m passionate about empowering you to embrace authenticity and live a vibrant life. Teaching yoga is a true joy, from witnessing the brilliance of your inner light to sharing moments of profound connection in every class. Being of service and making a positive impact is at the heart of my teaching, whether it’s offering early morning classes or providing sessions for those who can’t afford them.

My personal journey mirrors the transformative power of yoga. Starting my practice two decades ago for physical strength and flexibility, I discovered its profound impact on my mind. As a Type A person with anxiety, yoga became my sanctuary, offering the balance and grounding I needed. Now, I’m inspired to share how yoga can help everyone grow personally and attain both physical and mental strength. My passion is extending yoga to those who need it most, teaching movement, breath, and body/mind awareness for ease in both body and mind.

Workshop – Mood Boosting Flow and Breathwork

Immerse yourself in the transformative experience of the Mood Boosting Flow & Breathwork workshop. Led by Tess Whitty, this dynamic session combines controlled movement, breathwork to music, and powerful poses to alleviate stress and anxiety. The workshop begins with a 45-minute flow, moving energy through proven anxiety-relieving poses, followed by 45 minutes of breathwork set to music. Explore energizing breath patterns and conclude with a slower breath and meditation for healing and relaxation. This workshop offers a unique opportunity to shift energy, release resistance, and elevate your vibration.
